[ ] Pauses the game
[ ] Controls
- [ ] Brings up the control screen from #36
- [ ] Exiting the control screen goes back to the menu
[ ] Start
- [ ] Creates the first level and exits the menu (unpausing)
[ ] Restart level
- [ ] Resets the current level and exits the menu (unpausing)
[ ] Quit
- [ ] Exits whole game
