Which problem is solved by Zorb?

If there is one thing every event visitor knows very well, it’s being lost in a huge crowd of people not knowing where the toilets, where the food, taxis, parking lot or even you yourself are. To navigate yourself in these huge crowds can be sometimes quite difficult. You’re wondering around, hungry, on the edge of peeing yourself and when you finally get to the place, there is a huge queue you didn’t expect and that’s when you lose it.

What does this do? Let me tell you. It completely ruins the experience of a great game or a concert. You may even miss some important moments or some great artists just because of this desperate hunt to satisfy your urging basic human needs.

Organisers want to sell tickets but they also want their customers to leave with an amazing experience so they come back. It doesn’t end with just selling a ticket. There is a lot of things that have to go smooth after.

You want the customers to come back! And you want to sell tickets as easy and fast as possible. Zorb takes care of all. Not only it significantly takes care of most of the annoying things related to big events but it also provides organisers with the supply of target audience. What is the Zorb solution?

Let’s start from the beginning. Why would a customer bother getting Zorb?

Well first of all, Zorb lists all the Aventus featured events, which provides a great summary of all the upcoming fun. Second of all, customers can sign up for their desired events and have access to all the hottest information directly from organisers. They will always know everything about all the competitions, line-ups, news, scandals, special offers. Just all the juicy stuff in one place. But Zorb doesn’t stop there. Apart from the Official Announcements there is also the Navigate Me platform which is where the party starts. Quite literally. Navigate me provides a complete map (published probably few days before the start of the event – “Published” alert will be displayed in the official announcements) of all the important places. It shows the customers where exactly they stand and what is around them. Where is the emergency (if there is one), food stands, toilets, VIP zone, relax zone etc. Navigate Me goes even further. You can click on each icon to get deeper information. What kind of food this stand provides? Is it good? Is there a queue? How do you know you ask?

Each place has a “review” option where people share information about the place. Live reviews ensure you are always updated on the current situation of the place. Click on toilets, click on Live Reviews – is it crowded? Huge queue? Just head directly to some tree, mate. Click on Food stand, click on Live Reviews – oh wow, food is cheap and good, no queue, I am going to have some Wok… and then I might head to the stage #2 for some Avicii because according to Zorb Avicii is about to start in 30 minutes.

Do you like Zorb yet? Well wait for the best part. While reading you may have had a question of – Why would people bother leaving reviews while having fun on an event. Taken care of. For each review a person will obtain 2 Ice Orbs as a reward. On every event a person will be able to receive maximum of 10 Ice Orbs. What are these Orbs for? Gather enough of them and get Free tickets from Aventus!

How does Zorb work?

Customers

• The customer creates the Zorb profile in order to access the events.

• Customer will pick desired events, sign up for them and add them to “my Events”

• By this, certain events will be linked to certain accounts which provides big data for future marketing and faster and easier ticket selling.
• Customers will have access to all the important information and announcements from organisers.

• Once they Sign Up for an event they get access to Official Announcements.

• Customers will also gain access to Navigate Me.

  

• This feature will open once ready, shortly before the start of the event.

• Through Navigate me customers will always find their way to the desired destination.

• By clicking on icons in Navigate Me they will be able to get informed about the current state of the place.

• People are motivated to leave reviews by Orb rewards. Every review equals 2 orbs. On every event people can gather tops 10 ice orbs.

• For 20 Ice Orbs people will obtain 1 Fire Orb (or amount in AVT tokens/coins – depends what you prefer, it’s all very adjustable) and for a certain amount of fire orbs they can get free tickets.
  1. For 5 Fire orbs – Once basic ticket
  2. For 10 Fire Orbs – Close to the Stage ticket
  3. For 15 Fire Orbs – VIP ticket (again, all very adjustable)
  4. People will be motivated by this game approach and will have the feeling of getting something back.

Organisers

• Organisers will sell faster based on the big data.
• Zorb profiles will be linked to the Aventus blockchain. Organisers will therefore know their target audience! They will be able to offer tickets and other services to their past customers who in the past signed up for their event.
• Not only that. Via Official Announcements they can promote their other social platforms and even their merchandise. They can announce competitions and get more people interacting.
• Through Navigate Me they can show where the merchandise shops are which will bring more people to buy.
• They will also have access to the reviews and therefore always have first hand information of what to do better next time – whether it is needed to have more toilets or food variety etc.
• First hand public opinion research and not a single penny extra spent

How does Aventus benefit from Zorb & Monetisation

• Aventus gets access to big data of many kinds. The dapp does not bring only public opinion data, email addresses, ticket sales targeting etc., it also brings the potential to automate the whole event managing system. Through the access to several stands on the event people can in the future be able to actually purchase food/ merch for AVT tokens. Get their waitlist number and then only come when the time comes. No queuing, no missed artists, no missed fun. AVT tokens will be in a high demand because what is better - to purchase a burger while still listening Avicii and the only pick it up when your number is "called" or go and queue for half an hour and miss all the fun. People will much more likely buy AVT tokens so they can purchase goods via the dapp!

• Data is immutable. Reporting data nowadays is inconsistent. Data come from multiple sources without real credibility. It's a variable based on the source, it can be very biased. Thanks to this dapp all of the data, transactions included, can be linked to the profile. The hashes of purchases and all the other data will be stored on the blockchain which ensures the validity of the data and possible use for improving all the services.

• All future payments can be done in AVT. The possible value of the tokens raised by the dapp is significant.

• Adjustable Orb rewarding – people can instead of tickets obtain AVT for a certain amount of Fire Orbs. Currency will become well known and become more valuable.

• Organisers will have to pay AVT fees to be able to promote themselves in Official Announcements and even to use Navigate Me where they not only promote themselves but also get public opinion big data which will improve their future events.

• Dapp ZORB can be download for small AVT fee OR the quite opposite, the ZORB dapp can be offered for free with a small AVT credit on it for food/merch purchases. Everybody will want to download Zorb (this option comes to mind when automating the purchasing processes on events)

• Aventus will have access to a systematically sorted amount of big data which can help to promote tickets to target audience. It will be ensured the data is real. Everybody will want to cooperate with Aventus. And people will flood in. It’s not just some informational app, it’s also a map, a game, marketing place, social interaction place, public opinion place, purchasing store and much more.

Zorb is for the future enormously programable dapp with a huge potential for AVT tokens as people can with time purchase all the goods (food, drinks, VIP access, merch) with AVT through the dapp, even order a taxi or pay for parking.
