Stick hand-picked posts to specific position in dynamic list.

In a dynamic list, there should be an option to add hand-picked posts to specific positions in the feed. Example: Stick post with ID 123 to position 4, and post with ID 234 to position 7.

This could work just like it does when creating a completely hand-picked list, but with an extra field for each selected post where we set the index at which we want the post to appear.

Things to solve:

• Make sure to hand pick posts from other dynamic solarplexus queries.
• Handle pagination and offsets in subsequent solar plexus blocks to adjust for hand picked posts.
