where did i skid this from then?
You say "eaglercraft" but you make a fake ripoff
challenge: search up eaglercraft 1.13 and find the original repository, you'll be surprised to find out that this is the original repo
write back to me when you have real proof this is skidded.
"Skidded" isnt just stealing stuff and claiming it as your own work, its also saying "I made something" while actually making nothing. This thing is as far from real eagler as it can possibly get.
you can't just say its fake and skidded on a project thats not even done. i plan to use WebGL and other stuff for this. and so what? atleast i'm putting effort into this.
You don't know ANYTHING about Java or TeaVM or even how eagler works, and you claim to be working on something this advanced. How much "effort" is there? Just learn Java and then TeaVM, and only then look at real eagler's source to understand how it works and how to port versions.
Its WAY harder than you think
don't let catfoolyou get on ur back! hes just jealous!
@catfoolyou @RaveTek catfoolyou has a point, but hes where he is wrong, minecraft isn't built for a web browser. and teaVM isn't gonna cut it bc of 1.13 performance, i'm building a version thats intended to run in the web browser

How? of a skid?

Point is, if you actually want to port 1.13, you SHOULD rewrite it to use the old rendering system, but it'll be damn near impossible. Ask ayun and maybe he'll explain why.
Trying to make a clone is kinda dumb because eagler is real mc ported to the browser, not a clone or anything like that.
If you wanna get into stuff like this, I'd recommend learning Java FIRST, then writing something basic and compiling it to JS via TeaVM to learn how to do it, and only then try to port an older version of MC, something like 1.6 or 1.7
@catfoolyou which renderer? laxs opengl emulator?
Yes and no. I meant that and all of the rendering code used by 1.8 and all other pre 1.13 versions to some extent. You should probably drop this project though because there is no way you can make eagler 1.13
don't drop it! it's a good project. you should continue it even if catfoolyou doesn't like it.
@catfoolyou i'm sure this will work, prismarine web client did it and falconcraft, also @RaveTek update ur fork
1) "Falconcraft" is fake and skidded 2) Prismarine isnt a full minecraft client (like eagler)
Also @Ravetek you stole some of my outdated 1.12 src, if you want the latest I can give it to you if you give me credit
@catfoolyou just trust me on this, if i do a bit every day, i can eventually get to 1.13
You probably won't because you have zero Java experience and know nothing about TeaVM.
I just dont get kids trying to do something they have zero knowledge about.
Trying to recreate minecraft from scratch in JS is pointless. This is why eagler is written in Java and then compiled to JS via TeaVM.
@catfoolyou why is it pointless? (btw check out the update i made)
@catfoolyou also eagler isn't just JS its also WASM too
@catfoolyou why is it pointless? (btw check out the update i made)
Because you literally do not understand how eagler works. Its written in PURE JAVA, then COMPILED to Javascript by TeaVM. It IS NOT written in javascript.
Also all of the stuff that comes before the profile gui is incredibly goofy
@catfoolyou ouch, i worked hard too make that, just shut up bro, you can't compile 1.13 with teavm so i'm doing this. if you got a problem with it and you think you could do better, make ur own version, OR if you actually want me to fix the flaws on my page, you can just ask me to fix them and what should be put, which could be helpful instead of you searching up eaglercraft projects and saying "fAkE aNd SkiDdEd" on every single one of them
You CAN compile 1.13 with TeaVM, that's the thing.
Again, just learn Java and TeaVM, and then porting this should be a breeze
@catfoolyou sorry for the late reply, what i'm saying is the performance. for example, 1.12 is a very stable update and runs very well in the desktop client. but people in the eaglercraft community said that 1.12 wouldn't be even playable on a decent PC. and with 1.13 everyone complains about performance on the client. it would be a living hell to port and play.
Why? if you rewrite the whole thing to use code from 1.12 for internal stuff instead of microsoft's shit that was used in 1.13, you will have good performance.
good project plz dont dis continue .
how?
