Investigate dma on CNP and KBP chipsets #9

The OpenIPC dma service doesn't work by default on DCI_USB_DMA with a KBP chipset, maybe it will with a CNP chipset? Probably going to try messing around in the OpenIPC config/python stuff to copy the DMA config from CNP to KBP, and if that doesn't work I'll mobo swap.

Can't get it working on KBP, CNP will have to wait until I swap mobos
