.dol problem #118

So,I've downloaded the newest version of cfg-loader-mod and I've tried 
launching it with two methods :Wilbrand Exploit & Homebrew Channel 1.1.0

It seems the .dol file doesn't work.

Wilbrand : When i try to launch it,it just returns to the System Menu.

Homebrew Channel :the app just doesn't appear (I put the .dol file to a folder 
in the apps folder)
