CFG Loader can't turn on required option in Nintendont. #164

When using cfg loader as game selection for Nintendont there is no option to 
turn "Native Controllers" on in Nintendont. So any game that I load from CFG 
Loader has the option turned off. The only way for me to correct this is to 
cancel the auto boot and turn the setting on and then re-select the game in 
Nintendont. There should be options added in CFG loader that match all the 
options of Nintendont.

This is my biggest concern for CFG Loader.
