Slow startup while a lot of GC games on the HDD #87

When there are a lot GC titles in the "Games" folder, it's takes a lot of time 
for CFG USB Loader to read all of them. Is there any way to speed-up this 
process?

I've tried and yes, it's twice faster. Old version took about 40 seconds to 
start while new starts is only about 20 seconds. Thank you.

This version should be much faster than r46.
