Custom registration fields

There is some registration information we need for application functioning, but there is other information the organization running a program needs to know outside of that. Such as knowing what allergies a clubber has so that they avoid them during snack time, or deal with emergency situations

Things we need for this:

• [ ] As a club leader, I need to add fields that need to be asked during registration under each section type: parent, household, child.
• [x] As a parent, I must fill in the additional information needed by the club during registration.
• [x] Persist additional fields required to the database associated with the program.
• [x] Load additional fields required by the program and show them on the registration screen.
• [x] Persist additional field values to the database associated with each person or family.
• [ ] Load additional field values and show them when registration is updated.
