Update dropLast function #20

Update dropLast function, handle empty list otherwise use the core init function.

Thanks, but I prefer the original direct implementation. Also If I were using init https://github.com/Avi-D-coder/implicit-hie/pull/19#issuecomment-694993722 is more appealing.
