add ability to search boat in "inspec boat"

Search Boat... is a hard coded string and not translated to Hebrew No hard coded strings...

וכמובן חיפוש סירה צריך להיות חלק מהרשימות הרגילות כמו Inspect Boat List ולא activity בפני עצמו.
