Before setting Luna up for TBC, I noticed an aspect of the default blizzard UI that was very useful. Buffs on the Target or Focus frame that can be dispelled or stolen have a bright white highlight on them, making it very easy to notice.
Example of the difference shown below, default frame on the top, Luna with 'Blizzard' aura border below:
