Raid anchor bug (wrath update) #943

if raid frames grow up each raid group is set relative position to previous group then only first group is anchored at bottom each next group is anchored to top of the previous

that means if there is less people in first group, then the top of grp1 is lower = whole grp2 is lower and same the rest

This is a bug on a fresh install. To work around it change the growth direction into something else and then change it back, adjust positions after that and it should behave as expected.
