@d-huliu , positioning is off, it somehow affects the entire page when the button is clicked. also when it's clicked, the popup should not appear again after reload. users who are logged in do not need to see it

What does it mean "affects entire page when button is clicked". Okay --Will have to check this over again. The popup does not have any association with user authentication correct, didn't realize it needed to do that.
