We should adopt a standard for the namespaces across all of the projects. Right 
now each new dev is likely going to start out their own conventions.

Removed labels: Area-Guidance, Type-Other

If you look at the sample programmer interface, I suggested:

Health.Net as the base namespace

Health.Net.Direct as the direct messaging namespace, where the main programmer 
APIs live.
