Convert Tags to string based in editor for QoL #33

If tags can be referenced by string in the editor, then shifting tag names around and removing them means that tags don't need to be manually updated.

Investigate the possibility of 'limited' tag combining for pre-processing.

Upon further investigation, this QoL change is not feasible without significant refactoring which could negatively impact user projects.

The issue will be closed for now and potentially revisited later in development.
