Fix non-ascii characters in source code for CRAN release (make package portable) #102

we need to escape non-ascii characters which are frequent in filters and avisblatt regexp in general. current strategy: escape characters at build time, unescape when calling functions.

@aengel17 I am adding a dependency to stringi here I guess.
