Dear @kazuar , I needed something quick that works on Raspberry Pi 2 with Framebuffer support. Don't have much experience with either of those libraries but pygame seemed to suffice. However, if you ask me, the future of 2D gfx is in WebGL engines such as PixiJS, that will be supported on Raspberry Pi through stuff like https://github.com/Metrological/WebKitForWayland
