u96v2_sbc_dualcam:

add VPSS (color space conversion) core to capture pipeline
add BGR format to FrameBufferWrite core in capture pipeline
fix vitis interrupts (connect axi_intc back to offset [6], instead of [0] on ps_pl_irq0)
