how do I change the download to an external hard drive? Is there a way to find the name/code for it? computer storage is labeled as local directory on the notepad

This is explained on the detailed configuration settings page, at number 8:

download_directory: Determines where the downloaded files will be saved. Choose between saving them in the local folder (Local_directory) or specifying a custom directory file path (e.g., C:\MyCustomFolderFilePath).
