adds timed audio #797

Hi,

This commit should not have any binary or python files and is added as a branch "alsa_timed_audio" based on open-avb-next. It adds the timed audio function as source files in C in the examples/alsa_timed_audio directory.

I think the pull request is fine. It is a large body of work and I'll trust that @bjklemme-intel tested it. Other folks will no doubt try it out as well. I agree that adding link from the root readme.md file might be a good idea for a future pull request.

I'm going to go ahead and merge.
