Removing libavtp folder and created a separate repo under AVnu.

Hi @avinash-palleti, this patch is missing to remove the libavtp-related commands in .travis.yml. See https://github.com/AVnu/OpenAvnu/commit/76c6e71e2a56ba19b4527abebc24508d3e0bce76 for further info.

I have taken care of travis.sh file and verified that ci is passing. I will update travis.yml also to remove all unnecessary installations as per the commit you referred.
