Fix missing errno import #1

When protoc is missing, an appropriate error message shall be printed. However, due to a missing import instead a missing import is signaled.

Thanks a lot for your PR! I am sorry you get that issue when protoc is missing.

I will be merging soon several improvements to streamline the generation of deb packages, including the dependency handling.
