Hello, I would like to know if the avtp plugin is available for Windows. I'm trying to rebuild gstreamer with avtp include but i can not. Thank you.

The GStreamer avtp plugin is Linux only, so even if you could build libavtp for Windows, your final goal would still be elusive.
