Add gettext to apt install #13

Add gettext to apt install.

When I making the alsa-utils under ubuntu 19.10 server, it reports "mv: cannot stat `t-ja.gmo': No such file or directory". install gettext fixed this.

I see you fixed the PR title, but it seems you missed the commit title. In addition to that, please also fix the commit body to comply with the 72-column guideline.
