Plenty of events are uploaded to Instagram so a scraper capable of taking these events, and uploading them to the chosen publishing platform would allow more coverage of local events.

Problems:

Instagram is shutting down it's basic display API which allowed viewing of public profiles
Retrieving any information without being logged into Instagram is near impossible | Past Method
Instagrams new API seems to be limited, and requires business accounts | New API
