Grab events from public Facebook groups used to advertise local events.

Seems like groups need to "Install" external plugins, and that this may be required for public groups as well when what is desired is only public information. Will need to investigate | App Installation
Apps that are installed by parties not in development cycle have to be verified by Facebook | Review
Similar to Instagram information can't be grabbed unless a user is logged in
