What to do with project names that are placeholders

What

Placeholder project names such as N/A or Later get the full project creation cycle.
If the data is removed from the spreadsheet, what else needs to be removed/reset?

Change the data, remove the channels

Was not removed from the dashboard 1 hour after removing the entry in the spreadsheet
