Longhorn Integration with Ceph Integration

Longhorn should be configured as the primary storage class, but utilize Ceph CSI volumes for the underlying storage devices.

If there's any system available for lowering the TCP/IP overhead on the Storage Network that should be implemented.

I doubt there's any RDMA that's relevant to a virtualized environment like this, but that should be confirmed.
