Private Networks with Dedicated Gateway #4

It seems that there should be three dedicated (vlan?) networks within the cluster, one for each of:

Storage Traffic
K3s Controller Traffic
App Traffic

Additionally, each VPS should be assigned private IPs only, with a dedicated external gateway for outgoing requests. This will make it easier to configure outgoing email via a dedicated external IP.

The Storage Network should have jumbo frames enabled.
