Generates Incorrect Number of Game Pieces #2

I don't know the cause of this, it's rare and I haven't been able to use the debugger when it happened. No errors get printed, either.

I have discovered that this also applies to pieces, sometimes, only four get generated. There must be something wrong with board generation.
