[REQUEST] MSX Support #61

There are some Japan-only MSX virtual console games that are not supported by this tool. I would like to request the addition of support for them.

They seem to be stored in a file named msx.pkg, which appears to be same type of file as the PCE/T16 roms (not a surprise, since all of both seem to be published by Konami), so hopefully this wouldn't be too difficult to add.

Also, I think I saw a reference to the MSX BIOS files in either the .rpx or the .pkg when I looked at them in a hex editor, so it would be cool if you could find and extract those as well.

Update: I can confirm that the Virtual Console release of "Salamander" does contain a file that matches No-Intro's "Salamander (Japan).rom", although there are some other bits of data that are also in the msx.pkg file. Not entirely sure what they are for.
