Clarification... if something is a "feature", like the HTTP, mark it as an inclusion within another library - like Perfect's file system handling. I'm trying not to have this as a "feature" list, rather a toolkit list for people to go to for components. Thanks!

@iamjono Makes sense on settings. For HTTP, SMTP, how would you prefer those to be included? They are the same core link, but very different functionality that I think warrants two locations. Any thoughts on this?
