This PR migrates all the changes between https://github.com/AwesomeFoodCoops/odoo-production/commit/af5ad810421bd7ac402b4b3cc84b4f7a0e4c3505 and https://github.com/AwesomeFoodCoops/odoo-production/commit/d93cd39176bab098383ca88b9fd835622e7b27cf, which are basically the new configurable week cycles and shift template operations.
They're, in essence, these 3 PRs:
