Nametags are too high above characters #14

Describe the bug A user recently noticed that for most characters, the nametag panel appears unnaturally high above the character's head.

To Reproduce

  1. Go to the testing place
  2. Play with a blank character (no hats)
  3. Notice the gap between the character and tag

Expected behavior The tag should only be slightly above the player's head

Additional context This should be fixed by modifying the default value in Configuration for the billboard gui's ExtentsOffsetWorldSpace property.
