HTTPSConnectionPool error with Papago #270

With the latest version of AwesomeTTS, I sometimes get the following error and each request seems to be taking longer than usual. Is this an issue with my internet connection or something else?

I am using Anki version 2.1.49 and AwesomeTTS version 1.60.0.
