Is there a fast way to convert text into TTS?

I'm looking for a way to select a text and have it convert to TTS with a preset that I set beforehand. I believe this will save a lot of time compared to having to click the TTS button each time.

Alternatively, you can add an awasometts tag to your card template to use an on-the-fly playback feature to save your time.
