Just to understand, you are asking whether the text to speech service from alibaba cloud can be added ? Is there a way to listen to voice samples somewhere ?

I can certainly use Alibaba Cloud, and the price I use to add speech to text is almost negligible for the average user. At present, the only thing that I can be used bis Youdao free API, but the number of requests is limited and very slow.
