How to use the "Enhanced" voice version in OSX #304

OSX provides enhanced versions of many of the voices available for speech synthesis. However I don't see a way to select these voices - is there a way to do this?

The big issue is that i don't have a mac to test, but i'll try to get this sorted out soon.

my next step will be to write a Mac OS X service for HyperTTS, which is long overdue . As part of that I can try to understand why the AwesomeTTS OS X service doesn't include these enhanced voices.
