Tap to embed tweet #1069

That made me think; would it be possible to have a "tap to show" for tweets? Especially for ones in quotes. Could help with CPU usage in heavy tweet-threads and make scrolling past long strings of quoted tweets quicker. — Stare-Out

Curious about text-only tweet embeds too. May be something we can get from Twitter, or we could take the markdown they deliver and munge it ourselves.

I've just done this while enabling spoiler-tags to work on tweets: https://github.com/Awful/Awful.app/commit/ec8cb8bcf1b1bba949a2d913b2efabfedddcda55 Will expand on that for this idea
