"Awful pasted from…" toast notification obscures paste menu item at top of post #1070

The way iOS notifies you to apps using your clipboard now makes pasting videos or URLs at the top of a post really awkward in portrait on an iPhone. Would there be any way to have the paste options pop-up appear under the iOS notifications?

We could try to avoid triggering the toast when showing the submenu? I suspect we're checking the clipboard to see if it's a URL that we know how to contort into a [video] tag, but we could just not do that and always offer the option?
