Forum-Specific Themes settings screen is hard to use in a dark theme #1142

Anyway I then (re?)discovered that the forum-specific themes page is unusable when a dark theme is on: Forum-Specific Themes setting screen with a dark background, dark grey section titles, white item titles, and dark grey item values — Grace Baiting
