Added the listed lotties and updated or created new views to display them.

Created a setting to disable frog and ghost lotties if they are too much fun.
Also changing the hamburger menu from Chidori to an iOS14 menu (iOS 13 will fall back to Chidori). This is a better menu for this button as it opens upwards and displays the thread title
