Replace posts page top bar with top-of-document buttons? #923

A idea for the swipe up menu since we're going over UI.

Put the 'Parent Forum' button down into the burger menu. This should be easier to access than the go-back-up-the-screen-a-bit mechanic. 'Previous Posts' and 'Scroll To Bottom' are changed to buttons that sit just above the first post out of view rather than attached to the top navbar. You pull down at the beginning of the thread to reveal them.

A cool thing about getting rid of that secondary top menu is it then makes it easier to add a reading mode where the top and bottom nav bars disappear. They could auto slide off as you scroll down. Scrolling up or reaching the bottom of the page would trigger the navbars back into view. — spanky the dolphin

Not sure the margins need to be that big but the idea seems pretty sound. — The Dave

I figure it's hard to reach that high up the screen one handed hence the top padding. Bottom padding could be dialled down for sure. — spanky the dolphin
