Unhelpful posts view text selection when long-pressing image for previewing #937

When I long-touch to open an image in the new-style modal, it always selects text in the presenting viewcontroller. Anyone else seeing this? — stuffed crust punk

Guessing a revert back to the old-style presentation would fix this?

I am noticing a thing, not sure when it started, but when I long press a quoted picture to get the full one to pop up, I'm now getting a random amount of text selected in that area. Sometimes the "Cut/Copy/Whatever" dialog box comes up on top of the now-full-size picture. This seems to happen 100% of the time now and I'm pretty sure it didn't used to.

...which reminds me: there's some elements (images and links primarily) where you can long-press them to pop up a viewer or a menu or whatever. As of... some number of app versions ago, long-pressing such elementsalsoselects the word closest to your finger, which probably should not be happening. (This is visible in my screenshot above: the "Copy | Look Up | Speak | Share... | Spell" bubble has appeared, and if you look close you can see that the word "Powe" in the YouTube video title is highlighted, even if grayed out since the "Copy URL / Cancel" modal menu is in front.)
