User notes or some other equivalent of goons.xls #947

People joke about having/updating a goons.xls file where they keep track of bits of info about particular users. I’m not sure how often it’s a joke and how often it’s serious.

I’m not sure there are non-creepy uses for this feature. The only one that comes to mind is people recording usernames and/or avatars so they can keep track of who's who as usernames and avatars change.

Anyway, if this seems like a legitimate (and legitimately useful) feature, it might be cool to have as a proper feature. Also some way to export whatever contents (as an xls?) would be nice. Also also syncing?
