Can't log in via Awful, but can log in via browser #958

for the past week or so i've not been able to log in with this app on either my iphone 8 or ipad air, despite having no problem logging in via browser on those same devices. what's particularly weird is that i'm having the exact same issue with the android app on my galaxy s8 -- login failed, no matter how many times i put in the correct credentials. is there something screwy going on with the forums in general causing this, or is it something i can fix on my end? — Solovey

hey, thanks for the response! i still hadn't been having any luck with getting either of the apps to work, until earlier today when i finally tried something i probably should have done when this issue first started: i accessed the forums via web browser and changed my password, and inputting the new credentials in the app finally allowed me to log in. still no idea why it was having such a problem with my old password, but at least if this ever comes up again, or if by chance somebody else starts to have the same issue, there's a solution...? who knows! — Solovey

Just finally downloaded this to try it out and for some reason it’s refusing to accept my username and password, despite them being accurate. On a brand new iPhone 11 if that’s significant.

Any one able to suggest a way to make it work? — Camrath
