Add user to ignore list à la profile page button #973

Currently, Awful tries to edit the ignore list when adding a new user. This fails if any user on the list has become an admin/mod/IK, as you cannot submit an ignore list that includes someone in any of those groups. But there's a button in each user's profile that seems to add a user without those problems. Let's use that!

I was thinking a direct path to the web version of the profile might mitigate some of the inconvenience of the way the ignore list malfunctions if a poster on it gets modded/adminned/IK’d. — the yeti
