Switch to comprehensive JSON endpoint for list of forums

https://forums.somethingawful.com/index.php?json=1 now exists. It includes the full forums hierarchy accessible to the current user (modulo caching when user permissions change), the current user's info and profile, and some Forums-wide stats.

For periodic refresh, Jeffrey suggests "Randomize it a bit? Exponential distribution with λ = 1/(6 hours)?" and requests "Don't thundering herd me."

[x] Redirect to this endpoint on successful login.
[x] Use this endpoint to fetch the list of forums.
[x] Parse current user gender, post rate (note getting double now but Core Data does string), role (?).
[ ] Ask about time zone for joindate and lastpost (seems to be seconds since midnight, Jan 1, 1970 but not sure about UTC).
