Patch required to avoid conflicts with syb >= 0.2

[GoogleCodeExporter]

The attached patch hides the empty symbol which was added to syb version
0.2, shipped with ghc 6.13 and later.

All we needed was Data and Typeable. So instead of using CCP, I'll just 
explicitly import those.
Fixed in 91f52e2.
